I found one just like it on a German site and so I am assuming it is German, but I don’t really know. If you have any information about the cup that you can share, please do so. The set is hand painted and has a matte finish. The cup has a scalloped edge, and the leaves are engraved while the flower and stem are embossed. The flowers on the Saucer are embossed as well. This piece has a lot of character.
