Refurbishing Process: Sodium Dental refurbished Gendex GXS-700 sensors are refurbished in the following manner: Sensor cable is replaced with brand new custom sensor cable. The cable that we use has been custom designed to our engineers’ specifications to ensure increased durability while still being small enough to achieve excellent flexibility. Housing is resealed and fully potted to ensure no moisture contact with the sensor. Sensor is tested by taking 36 x-rays on a Phantom to ensure sensor functionality. USB connector has been replaced with a brand new more robust connector. Refurbished sensors come with a 90-day protection plan at the base price. Or choose a 1, 2-, 3-, 4-, or 5-year protection plan. The images in this listing are an excellent representation of what all our Grade A refurbished sensors are like. You can expect a comparable product with slightly differing cosmetic blemishes. The only issue our protection plans do not cover is theft or loss. Installation: Installation of sensor drivers and calibration files by one of our Support Technicians is included for FREE on up to 3 computers. Installation for 4 or more computers will be billed at $15 per computer. Calibration Files: Each Grade A x-ray sensor purchase comes with the correct calibration files for each sensor to ensure premium image quality. Should you have any issues with your sensor, we will swap it out for another Grade A sensor for you within the first 15 days. Returns: All sensors come with a 15 day swap out policy. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the sensor that you receive, we will replace it with another Grade A high quality sensor. If for some reason you decide to return the sensor for a refund after the 15 days then a 15% restocking fee will apply.
