Description: Greetings, what you see here is a listing of spare bachmann 31mm metal axles for G scale rolling stock. These have seen fitment and dutiful service life on various freight cars over the years in my collection, and as far as I am concerned are the best bang for the buck for upgrading to metal wheels. With that said, a new pack of four typical retails around $25, so buy mine to save. As is, I personally use bachmann metal axles due to preference of the darker finish versus shiny stainless. These have always worked great for anything not needing power pickup.
