It is famous by fast fermentation, well balanced beer flavour with a very clear crisp and palate. Safale US-5 is a top fermenting yeast strain and suitable for all American Style Ale. The Safale US-05 yeast has 11.5g weight, which far enough for 23 L batch size fermentation. The Safale US-05 also has large temperature range from 12C to 25C, but the best temperature would be 15-22C. Normally the lower temperature you ferment, the higher quality of beer you will get, but the longer fermentation time you need. If you fermente at 20C, mostly you need 8 days to complete the fermentation.
