Description: This nifty Japanese post card(quite clean; little wear and tear) was sent from the French Post Office in Tientsin, China, to St. Gery, France, by an officer in the French Army stationed near Tientsin(Chung Liang Cheng, China, to be specific) on October 22, 1908! The green, 5-Centimes definitive for use in French Post Offices in China, is in very fine condition! The cancel from the French P.O. in Tientsin is about 45% legible. That imperfection aside, this item remains an attractive, neat example of military mail sent from French Post Office in Tientsin, China in 1908!
