Description: Fluke Bio-Tek RF 303 Analyzer RF303 The equipment is used and shows signs of use, but appears in good overall physical condition. There are 2 screws missing from 1 of the fans. The battery light illuminates solid red which indicates it is not charging and needs replacement. When I power on it displays Error Code 2 (E 02) which indicates that there is an issue with the fan, according to the manual. This is as much testing and evaluation that was done.
