Description: Barely used but came to me defective; there is a crack in the 3.5mm headphone out jack, rendering it unusable. ALL OTHER OUTPUT PORTS AND FUNCTIONS WORK. The 2.5mm balanced output works normally, which is compatible with most Sennheiser headphones like the HD600 and HD560s. The box has damage around the corners and seams, and the inner box has tears on its paper hinge (see photos) The warranty card is still in the box and the product can still be verified on the Fiio website using the code on the box. Item does not come with a USB-C cable
