A few stray micro indentions, smaller than a pencil tip, that don’t break the surface, keep me from listening this gem as excellent. One 2mm 3mm micro indentation smaller than a pencil eraser on the side that does break the clear coat and paint. No hazing and no neck pocket cracks. Super smooth bolt on neck, rosewood board with no noticeable fret wear. Has a level feel with no buzzing. Original tuners. Original wraparound bridge. Schaller Nickel strap locks installed. Stock electronics work fine. Pickups give you a bold and spacious humbucker tone. Excellent all around single cut. Soft padded bag included. Quality shipping box with ample filler, well taped and marked fragile with arrows to denote ‘this side up.’ I believe the Fernandez was made in Taiwan.
