Description: This pair of vintage Mid-Century Modern Fenton hobnail milk glass lamps are a beautiful addition to any home decor. Standing at approximately 12.5" tall and with a diameter of 3.5", these lamps are perfect for use as boudoir or bedside lighting. The lamps are powered by corded electricity with a voltage of 250v. The top electrical portion was manufactured by Snapit, a corded lighting company that began in the 1960s. This company was known for manufacturing high-quality items related to lighting. Each lamp is marked at the top with this manufacturer's mark. Both lamps have been tested frequently and work great. The hobnail design adds a touch of cottagecore charm, while the white color of the milk glass finish gives a clean and elegant look to the lamps. These original mid-century lamps are unisex adult collectibles with a vintage touch. The cord color is white and the manufacturer of the glass portion of the lamps is unknown. Under the bottom of one lamps is impressed the following, J-2092 and the number 5. Under the bottom of the second LP is impressed the number 4 only. Fenton was one of the first companies to produce hobnail milk glass lamps. Prior to 1970, Fenton marked with a sticker. In addition, Fenton made most hobnail milk glass during the 1950's. It was introduced by Fenton and was one of their most successful products. No Pontil marks, yet another sign of a Fenton lamp. Weight of both together are 2lbs 15.2 ounces. Selling lamps only, not lamp shades. Like new condition. All original wiring. No wear(wear to plug of one lamp-still works great-would suggest rewiring down the road), flaws, odors or damage.
