All returned items must be in original condition, and must include the original factory box (intact UPC bar codes and serial numbers ) and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), peripherals (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, etc.), included warranty cards (without markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork. Once you receive the appropriate RA# documents and the appropriate return address you must ship back to us within 10 days so we can correctly process the return.
