Description: Available for purchase is a USA, produced in my shop, NEW handmade ES-225 pickguard for Gibson 1950's guitars that came with (1) P-90 Dogear pickup. The material used is a 5-ply black & cream (B/C/B/C/B) acrylic with a 60 degree polished edge. This has the same 5-ply material (.110" thick) with the wide cream 4th layer you see on vintage Gibson's. This pickguard with black and cream material gives a nice vintage look, however it won't match your yellowed aged binding. This is not CNC cut with sharp unfinished edges. I polish all my pickguard edges with a buffing arbor. The quality of my pickguards compliment high-end guitars. I've found that pickup spacing can vary from original pickguards especially Gibson's. I haven't had fit issues so far on ES-225 Pickguards. Top Mount and lower Bracket is included, everything needed to mount the pickguard. This pickguard is also available without mounts.
