Description: The Epic Battles CCG is a card game from the early 2000s. Many of its sets were sold in Blockbuster Video stores and that is where most of this leftover stock has come from. There are three sets, and for each set there are both starter decks and individual booster packs available as of the initial listing date. All products are still sealed and the cards are fine as I have opened a few of these packs to verify things. Some of the decks have shelf-wear on them as these things are over 16 years old and have been shipped to multiple warehouses over time. The blister packs also show varying degrees of wear with some of the packaging being quite warped while others look almost as good as you'd expect them to be in the store back in 2005-2006. One note-- there is a misconception some buyers have had with the booster packs in general. These packs DO NOT all contain foil cards. The foils found in these packs are random, just as they are with other ccgs like Magic. I have spoken to the wholesale supplier I get these from and verified it with them along with opening several on my own. Youtube also has many videos showing this exact same thing when box openers go through these decks and packs. There are also those who mentioned finding upside down cards in their packs. This is normal and happens all the time with Magic and other ccgs. In the packs I opened there were commons and rares that were upside down so this is just something that was done during the production on the packing line. Every pack I opened had the stated number of cards and my supplier has been very reliable for over 17 years in which I have bought from them. If you happen to open a pack or deck and feel something is off, please film it so a record can be shown to ebay and my supplier. Upon doing that, return the rest of your order so that I can issue a refund and then film opening part of it to verify any issue. I also have a contact that I can ship the product to in order to verify its authenticity. A refund will only be issued once remaining items have been returned unopened. If someone opens an entire order and then files a claim, then this listing will switch to a live opening with a video posted either to the listing here or on youtube to verify these products are perfectly fine. I had a long talk back and forth with my supplier and do not think anything other than a factory error (in one case) was the issue. Score Entertainment was not the best at quality control, and many mistakes were made during the production of these numerous anime inspired ccgs. Due to past issues, all products will ship with their original packaging irregardless of the condition. Only in an odd circumstance will a booster pack be loose (except for Tekken as these all come from booster boxes which have to be opened to get the packs). This is to preserve the integrity of the product and cut down on previous issues. For those who collect sealed product there are a few Tekken booster boxes and starter deck boxes which are sealed and in reasonable shape. These can be put in another ebay listing if requested as this one is just for the decks and packs.
