ALSO INCLUDED IS A FORM TO JOIN THE 50,000,000 ELVIS FANS CAN'T BE WRONG FAN CLUB FROM 1978. Fan club item will come with original envelope. Items are vintage and 100% authentic. The fan club item measures 5.5 x 8.25 and has original fold. The card measures 3.25 x 5.5. BUYER WILL RECEIVE BOTH ITEMS. There is some very light wear due to age.
