The dress was made in the USA, top was made in the USA and is made of 49% Polyester, 46% Rayon, 5% Spandex. This dress was only worn a few times! The only reason that it is being sold is that it no longer fits. This dress is in great condition with NO stains.; however, we do wish to point out a 1" tear/hole on the left shoulder that will need mending (see close-up photo). Otherwise, this dress is like new! It measures about 33.5" from the base of the neckline to the base of the dress.This is a MUST HAVE for any fan of Ella Moss.
