Description: This regal looking certified autographed card of New York Mets fan favorite, Ed Kranepool, was originally part of Panini’s 2013 Golden Age product. Kranepool spent the entirety of his 18-year MLB career with the Mets. He was there from the beginning, called up in September during the inaugural 1962 season, through the “Miracle Mets” Championship season of 1969, and finishing his career in 1979, as the last remaining original Met that was also part of the World Series winners. There was little question that Kranepool would be included in the Mets Hall of Fame. Card EK is part of the “Historic Autographs” autographed insert set packed within the Golden Age product. This card features a smudge-free, blazing blue ink autograph of Ed Kranepool signed directly on the card front. Auto and card are out of the pack fresh. Thank you for looking at my listing.
