As used with with Monogram's new line of Disney merchandise. When Walt Disney World opened in 1971, Monogram positioned itself as a major player in character merchandise; meeting the heavy demand created with both Disneyland and the new Florida resort. Their product line featured a wide assortment of character merchandise, including key chains, school supplies; jewelry; toys and more. As displayed / used at Disneyland and obtained from the personal collection of a former Disneyland cast member. Card is in excellent condition; never used; perfectly preserved. 5 5/8" x 8" As originally inserted at the top of a counter display rack or floor-standing merchandise rack. Uses the familiar image of Mickey Mouse that was originally designed for the Mickey Mouse Club "Mouseketeers" merchandise... thereby appealing to a new generation while maintaining the nostalgia connection to their parents and grandparents. Excellent condition; preserved in dark storage for the past half century.
