Description: The chimney on Mr Sanders Treehouse is broken. It looks like the previous owner tried to repair and over time sitting in storage the glue broke down. This can be repaired by using some hot glue. I will leave that to the new owner. There are 7 pieces, one missing piece is rabbit pushing his cart of carrots.
