This is a great add on for an existing blue beatle setup or to start a new desert beatle group with lots of variety. Each species has its own unique personality, so it's really fun and interesting to watch them. All the beatles can be kept together in the same tank.Choose from the following 7 different species:Blue Dth Feigning (Asbolus verrucosus), Smooth Dth Feigning (Asbolus laevis), Rough Dth Feigning (Cryptoglossa muricata), Black Ironclad (Zopherus tristis) Pie Dish Beatle (Embaphion muricatum), Ant Head Darkling (Cerenopus concolor) and Armored Stink Beatle (Eleodes armata). Note: If any of the items show out of stock or is less than the quantity you would like to order, please message me and I'll update the inventory. Ebay limits how many items I can put in stock so often times the number in stock shows lower than what I actually have.To order, select the species you want and the quantity. Click on “add to cart” then continue to select the other species you want and the quantity and then click "add to cart". If you click “buy it now” it will add shipping to each item. So to save on shipping, be sure to click "add to cart" until you are finished. If you have any questions or make a mistake, feel free to message me and I’ll respond asap. As an added bonus, if you buy 6 or more beatles, I will include an extra beatle of your choice. Message me which species you want as a bonus or I will message you after your purchase if I don’t receive a message from you.You can find more information and images on each of the above species by going to bugguide.net. Type in the species name in the search bar. Here is a brief description of each:Asbolus verrucosus, commonly known as the blue dth feigning beatle. This is the most popular pet beatle in the US. They have a slight blue coloration to them and are very robust and can be extremely long lived.Asbolus laevis, commonly known as the black smooth dth feigning beatle. Very similar to the A verrucosus but has smooth black elytra.Cyrptoglossa muricata, commonly known as the black rough dth feigning beatle. Slightly smaller than the blue dth feigning beatle and has a black textured elytra.Zopherus tristis, commonly known as the black ironclad. This species has very unique shape and unlike most of the other desert beatles, walks very slowly. Sort of reminds me of an alligator walking. They can play dead when disturbed for very long periods of time, sometimes days. If you are looking for a desert beatle that moves around a lot, this is not for you. But if you like to observe a unique species that move very slowly, this is a very cool beatle.Eleodes armata, commonly known as the Armored Desert Stink Beatle. These are the largest beatles of the group and the most active. If you like activity and large size, these are the best. They seem to have unlimited energy.Cerenopus concolor, commonly known as the Ant Head Darkling. These look sort of similar to the rough dth feigning beatles but have a more slender body shape. Their head and thorax area reminds me of an ant. They are very curious and are quite entertaining to watch as they move around the tank. They are very active and one of my favorite beatles to watch. Less common in the hobby than some of the other beatles so very underrated. Embaphion muricatum, commonly known as the Pie Dish Beatle. One of the most unique and different looking beatles you will ever see! It looks like something from a different planet. It really does have a pie dish looking shape. They are very active and move fast. Definitely something that even your guests will find interesting.IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION: We guarantee you will receive healthy and happy beatles.
