You are bidding on a plant 'similiar' in size and quality to the one pictured. The bloom photo is what it will look like when it blooms. This plant is not in bud or sheath at this time. We will not be responsible if your package arrives damaged or frozen. You should immediately file a claim with the US Postal Service. Take pictures and save all wrappings. If all else fails, I do take "Returns" within 14 days after the auction ends at which time I will make a full refund for the amount of your purchase. Merchandise must be returned in the condition it was in when it arrived and at your expense. Should you decide to repot my plants and remove any or all roots, then consider it YOURS. Mutilated plants do not qualify for refunds. BE AWARE that when I list a plant that has been recently repotted, it is in the process to growing new roots and the old ones may not be viable. This is a natural occurence when orchids are repotted and not necessarily the results of poor management. I send a flyer with all newly repotted plants with instructions on how to care for them.
