Description: This Delaubroc custom, incredibly unique and hard-to-find French range out of Lyon, is a stunning piece of functional luxury kitchen art. This bespoke range has a unique, eye-catching deep blue color set off by its chromed accents and knobs. It features 8 brass-capped burners with cast iron grating, various accessories including a wok or round-bottom pan stabilizer, a grill line, and griddle top, a small pan or coffee percolator brace, and even a built-in rotisserie spit in the large oven. This range is not only unique and stunning in its appearance, but it also offers an incredible amount of functionality, truly designed by the French for creating proper French cuisine. This range was used sparingly, and although not much is known about its previous life, it was received in very good condition and has been fully gone through to clean, test, and fix any issues so that it is in prime physical and functional condition. DELAUBRAC ranges were built to the highest standards on par with the best makers like La Cornue, Molteni, Diva de Provence, and Officine Gullo. The DELAUBRAC line is no longer made, but the range was based on a chassis by Solymac, and parts for Solymac-produced ranges are still easily available but are sourced from Europe. The range is 120cm wide with an electric and casa oven. Everything is working properly, including the rotisserie unit in the large oven. There is a full pull-out drip tray and bottom drawer that is larger, cleaner, and better functioning than any La Cornue drawer I’ve come across.
