THE BACK OF THE FIBERGLASS HAS A RESIN MATERIAL APPLIED FOR SOME REASON. Maybe for sound deadening or heat resistance. It is a used panel and it is extra to my car.I got it along with a large lot of parts I needed for my car. Sold as is I am totally open to real offers.
