Labels clean and free of spindle marks. A few light scratches and scuffs visible. Play tested a solid VG+. Light surface noise occasionally audible during musically transparent passages. Cover VG+. No major flaws, just some light spine and seam wear. Includes original inner sleeve in excellent condition. GRADING STANDARDS: Standard Goldmine grading (cover/record) and abbreviations. All opened items visually graded unless otherwise noted. Sealed items have never been opened. Conservative grading. What the Grades Mean for Items in This Store: NM Record looks like it was just opened VG+ Light surface noise occasionally audible, primarily between tracks and during quieter musical passages VG Light to moderate surface noise audible throughout the record, but still a good listen VG-/G+ Plays through without skips. Does not stick. Substantial surface noise throughout GRADING METHODS: Vinyl Visually graded: Record visually inspected Play Graded: Record played in its entirety. Play Tested: Portion of record (at least one track) played to test for surface noise. A Word About Play Grading: As of 3.15.24, both a visual and a play grade will be assigned to vinyl listed for sale. A play grade, while a valid assessment of quality, varies greatly depending on the equipment used for the grading, particularly the cartridge and stylus. For play grading of higher end items, this store uses a Thorens TD 160 turntable equipped with an Audio Technica VML540 cartridge and stylus. For records visually assessed at VG and below, a Pioneer PL-112D turntable with a Shure M95E cartridge and stylus are used. Please keep this in mind when buying, as a record that does not skip with an elliptical stylus (such as that used for the Shure cartridge), will often skip with a microline or higher quality stylus.
