This listing of scanners does NOT have the top down reader. Each Scanner comes with a power supply and your choice of either a serial or standard USB-A non locking USB cable. There is also a LOCKING USB cable, that is powered with no power supply and ONLY on special registers or computers and if you do not know what this is, do NOT purchase this as it will NOT work with a standard computer. The dimension of the scanner itself are 15.1 x 12.5 x 22.7 inches. there are in US POUNDS, NOT Kg and go form 0 to 30 lbs.
