It’s just because somebody hasn’t asked for those colors yet. After you place an order, I will always send youa message with an order recap just to make sure I understand exactly what youwant on your new flag. Read this part carefully. It’s important! I need to knowhow to make the sleeve on your new flag. Is your flag going on a regular or lighted whip? *If you plan on putting your flag on a regular whip, just let me know it is going on regular whip andI’ll adjust the sleeve on your flag for a regular whip. I will give you everything you need to attachthe flag onto your whip.*If you plan on putting your flag on a lighted whip andthe flag slides over the pole, letme know your flag slides over your lighted whip so I can adjust the sleeve onyour flag so it will fit. I have to make the sleeve on your flag a little bitlarger. I will give you everything youneed to attach the flag onto your whip.*If your lighted whip has a clip system and you need grommets on the sleeve ofyour new flag so you can clip it on, please let me know that you needgrommets. I will install brass grommetson the sleeve of your new flag. *OR ifyou are putting your flag on a boat or something other than a whip and needgrommets installed on the sleeve, just let me know. I will install brassgrommets on the sleeve of your new flag. FLAGS QUESTIONS ANDANSWERS (Before you ask, you might be able to find your answer here but if you don’t,send me a message! I won’t mind.....) How big is a flag? Rectangle flags are approximately 10" x 15". Triangle flags are 10" and taper out to 13.5". Can you make me a 3' x5' flag? The answer is no! I embroider the images onto the flags, and I don'thave a way to make the logos large enough to fill out the flag. Besides itwould take forever to embroider out an image that big and I'm sure you wouldn'twant to pay $1000.00 for a flag. But if you are willing to fork out that kindof cash, sure I'd try to make you one. Or better yet, convince my husbandto let me buy the $30,000 machine that will let me make them! What are the flags made out of? The flags are made out of a fabric called "Sport Nylon" or "200Denier Coated Oxford Nylon" The fabric has a Dupont finish that is supposed to help resist water. They are super durable. Why are your flags so expensive compared to someof the competition?These flags are not the flimsy light nylon orpolyester crap flags that fall apart after riding 1 time. Sure, those cheapflags look nice in the pictures but that’s about it. My flags areheavy duty, super durable flags. I make them to last. Idon’t want you to waste your money. You work hard for yourmoney! Think of these flags as aninvestment. Can I mount my flag onmy truck, car or motorcycle and drive it down the highway/freeway? Are you crazy!!!! These flags are "trail flags". Don't call me upwhen you stupidly put it on your car/truck and drive it down the road at 75 mphand complain that your flag looks not so perfect. What did you think was going to happen! These flags can take a beating but they are not made for the highway/freeway! What size poles will my flag fit on? All of the flags will fit any pole/whip with a diameter of 1/4"-3/8".If you have a bigger pole, like a lighted whip, don't worry, I can adjust thesleeve of the flag so it will fit. Youjust have to let me know. Need grommets instead of the standard sleeve?No problem! I can make your flags with grommetsinstead of the standard sleeve. Just let me know when you order your flag. How do I attach one of your flags to my pole if I have a regular or lightedwhip where the flags slide over the pole? The flags come with easy installation directions along with a zip tie and metalclamp that will attach the flag to your pole. There is a nylon strap inside thesleeve of the flag. Simply slide your pole through the sleeve, using your thumband index finger, push the top of the flag down exposing the nylon strap. Whennylon strap is exposed, take the zip tie and secure it around both the nylonstrap and whip. Cut off any excess cable tie. Repeat the same process for thebottom of the flag, but instead of using the zip tie, use the metal clamp. Pushthe flag material back up. When done properly installed you will not be able tosee the zip tie or metal clamp. Do the flags come with poles? Sorry no, I stopped selling the poles because it became too expensive and hardto ship. I don’t know how my competition gets away with shipping them forfree or cheap. Because it costs me at least $15 to ship them andthat includes the shipping tube that I have to purchase. BUT don’tworry, I know where you can get them for cheap. Just ask. I wouldtell you here, but eBay will get mad at me for giving you the link. How do I clean my flag? Clean with soapy water and a damp cloth. Why does it take so long to receive my flag? It’s just me (Barbara) who makes all the flags! 😊 I’m a one-woman business. The plan was to bring my adult-ish kids intothe business but they don’t seem to want to sew so it’s just me sitting hereall day listening to music and making flags. I love it! Sometimes I can befast, other times I’m slow! It alldepends on how many orders I have at the moment when you place yours. Just a heads up, close to any riding holiday,I get super backed up on orders. So,please make sure to place your orders early or upgrade your shipping from FirstClass to Priority or even Express mail.
