Description: Access CRM is a generic Customer Relationship Management database built around three data groupings that can be linked together • Clients – companies (with fields for contact details, notes, and keywords) • Client Contacts – people who are associated with a specific Client (with fields for contact details and notes) • Conversations – with Clients and Client Contacts (with fields for status, notes, review date, and keywords) By utilising a split front end user interface and back end data table architecture Access CRM is multi-user enabled when the backend file is placed on a shared drive, and the front end file on each user’s Windows pc. It is not necessary for users to have the full version of Microsoft Access as a free runtime version can be downloaded from Microsoft’s website. Access CRM uses the .accdb file format compatible with Access 2007 and all subsequent versions. A pdf containing a full user guide can be downloaded from tinyurl . com / accesscrm (removing spaces !) The display format of all dates & times adjusts automatically to that set by the Windows locale of the pc being used. Access CRM is available for a token charge of £25 for the functionality as is, and the author is happy to provide fixed price quotations for enhancements to the functionality if so desired.
