The warranty covers against any defect in material and workmanship for 5 years from date of purchase for the original purchaser only. The original purchaser must promptly notify Createch USA, Inc. in writing, during the warranty period, that there is defect in material or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accidental damage, alterations to unit, misuse or abuse of the product. This limited warranty does not cover damage due to over fogging. For warranty repair or replacement please fill out the repair request form and include it with your unit and return unit back to CREATECH USA Inc. at our address on the form. For warranty claims within the continental United States purchaser is responsible for cost of shipping to Createch USA Inc. and if failure is due to manufacture defect Createch USA Inc. will repair/replace unit and pay for return shipping. For warranty claims outside the continental United States, the purchaser is responsible for shipping costs to and from us, including all customs fees, duties, taxes, or VAT that may be due. If unit is not covered under warranty purchaser will be responsible for cost of repair and return shipping if purchaser elects to pay for repair.
