Description: Nice pair of tire covers from 70's/80's era used to protect silk or cotton tubular tires. Elastic cords have lost some of their stretch and the surface fabric is pealing. These are getting fragile but still functional and present well. This type does not have the hooks and requires the wheel to be removed to install.
