Description: The Charvel Model 4 is a (super)strat guitar made in Japan in the eighties by the company Kyowa - Shokai under contract by IMC (International Music Corp). Grover Jackson chose a pointy headstock design that was popular among a new generation of guitar players. The Charvel Model 4 is at the top of the bolt-on neck models of the Charvel Model series. It has an HSS pickup configuration. The neck was a Quarter-Sawn maple neck, with a compound radius 12"-16" maple finger board. Mostly in pretty good shape. Some of the fret ends feel a bit sharp, one or two may catch the string if you're particularly wild with the whammy. Cosmetically, the horn on the underside has a huge blemish from a one-time left-handed configuration. Fretboard is beautifully dark for rosewood and the inlays are super pearly. Pickups have been swapped with a 2021 set of EMGs. No back cover or case included. Will entertain offers. Any questions, feel free to ask!
