Description: I have a Philadelphia "C" Seal Two Dollar Bill that's truly in uncirculated condition, since it's Bicentennial print of 1976. It was given to me on my birthday and safely kept in a bill protector ever since. This is a true GEM having a crisp new bill texture and all edges are crisp and smooth. My two-dollar bill will be shipped in its plastic bill protector as seen in the photos. The price reflects the pristine condition, Phila. C rarity, and the error having the bill in an off-center print on the obverse & reverse sides as seen by eye. I took photos of the reverse against a light and it's quite visible that the off-center shift exists by a 1/4" as it shows the overlap on one side. The green treasury seal is off-center as it overlaps the letter "T" which is further than usual and higher up on the "W". These perfect imperfections of US minting are cool features for any collector. Thanks for looking!
