The Straight Handle Badger Attack are not being sold by Busse Combat any more and have been Sold out and discontinued!Well here is a Super Rare piece of Busse history with an original Straight Handle Badger Attack, this knife was introduced in the late 1990's and some were made in early 2000's. The early ones were made with A2 blade steel and the later ones were made of INFI Steel! The rule of thumb among Busse collectors is to look at the Ricasso and if it looks like it's smooth underneath, than it's probably A2, but if you see little dimples and bumps, it's probably the INFI Dimples and the steel is probably INFI. I didn't have this one checked out so it could be either INFI or A2! This knife has the old school smooth black coating which can no longer be reproduced and has the V-Ground Edge! The Doublecut finished spine is only around handles, it is still black coated at the butt of the knife and on the spine of the actual blade! This will come with a Black Kydex Sheath which may be the factory sheath it came with at that time. This knives as you can see was used and being sold in this condition. This may have been sharpened but the grind lines look even so my guess is this was a V-ground edge directly from Busse. This is pre-owned in excellent condition as you can see from the pictures and being sold as used, please look at the pictures carefully as this is what you are getting.
