They skate for fun and adventure and not for cash. Soul Skaters end up clashing with a group of sponsored or money skaters known as Team X Bladz, led by Val, played by Sam Horrigan, who they also attend the local high school in with in So Cal or southern California. Brink soon finds out that his family is in bad financial condition, he goes against the code of his Soul Skaters,his parents and his closest friends to join Team X Bladz to help his folks out. Brink attempt to lead a dual life but can he make it all work out?
