There are 255 pages in the book. The cover has a few smudges. All the pages appear to be there. Some of the pages are curled a little. There is some writing in the book, particularly on the inside back cover. Book measures 9.75" x 7.75". Disclaimer: I find antique and collectible items at estate sales or auctions so the majority of the items that I sell are vintage and may show signs of normal wear and age.
