Description: Up for sale here is this recap kit for the power supply circuit board in the Bernina 910, 930, and 931 sewing machines. The old capacitors will crack in half and short out, resulting in all sorts of problems. The two capacitors that go bad are C40 and C55 in the 910 and C10 and C13 in the 930/931. This kit includes replacements for those, plus replacements for the electrolytic capacitors on that board as well. The old capacitors are usually pretty bad, so even if your Bernina is working, you should still replace these parts for safety. This kit includes six capacitors--two Kemet film safety caps, one Wima film cap, two Nichicon PW capacitors, and one Supertech axial capacitor. I will include fairly basic instructions, but this is pretty easy. You should know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron. Looking for a recap kit for a different sewing machine?
