Based on our research, this item has never been brought to market and we have yet to find anyone who has sold one. It is our opinion that this is the rarest Ben 10 collectable known and available. According to Jordan Hembrough “The toy hunter”- he say’s in a tweet regarding this item: “Its an early production run card.
