I DO NOT REMEMBER WHO MADE IT, I BOUGHT IT WHEN I BOUGHT OTHER FRENCH LACE BUT THAT DOES NOT MEAN THIS IS FRENCH BECAUSE I DO NOT KNOW.I CAN IMAGINE A DRESS OR JACKET IN GRAY FABRIC EDGED WITH THIS.
