Beautiful Black Velvet Christy Dawn Holiday Dress The "Elsa"

The size is Medium but the Elsa Dress ran small therefore I sized up since I normally wear a S/XS in Christy Dawn. Because it's a wrap dress there is the ability to tie it looser or tighter depending on the look you're going for - but keep in mind this particular size Medium is on the small side. The bust measurement from armpit to armpit 18" The dress length at its longest is 54" from the shoulder to the bottom in the back - the skirt is shorter in front which gives it nice flow as you walk or dance.
