Expect some leaf damage; this is normal and only cosmetic. Plants need to be unpacked, watered, and placed in bright, indirect light. Shipping times vary, especially during peak seasons. We aim to process orders quickly but delays may occur. Handle plants carefully and ensure they’re well-watered and not exposed to direct sun immediately. We no longer provide detailed care instructions due to misuse. Research care online and treat new plants with fungicide and pest control if needed.
