Description: Bachmann N Scale Train Set GP-40 Diesel w Power Pack 4326 2500 Transformer More. Really cool vintage Bachmann train set. From what I can tell it is in very nice shape, but please read on for more clarity. Slip Cover : cardboard slip cover is in one piece, but has dings on the edges and one corner. In addition it has a small tear on one face near the top. Box: plastic case is in very nice shape. The clear lid is attached and opens and closes nicely. It does show some light scuffs and staining from age, but this is minimal. Cars: the set contains a Santa Fe locomotive and 6 other cars. The original set came with 5. The wheels and couplers all appear to be in very good shape, except for the Texaco tanker. The tanker has no wheels attached and there are no pins/ screws in the case. There are two sets of wheels and a base/floor that appears to belong to another car that isn't present. Tracks: It appears as though the original set came with some track, but there is none here. The 6th car is instead in its place. Transformer: The unit looks clean and well preserved, but both it and the locomotive are UNTESTED. Without track and wires I have no way of knowing if they work. If I was betting though I would think the items probably work due to the visible condition. What you see is what you get. Should make a fine addition to someone's killer train set.
