On one panel it reads- "Mamo Orchid Bamboo Compoitae "- which is "an imitation of an Ancient Small Screen:" - Tabletop display or dollhouse suggested uses. Measures 9 1.2 in. tall, 18 in. wide. Black lacquer edging with six nature scenes on one side, four on the reverse with oriental writing on the remaining two. Hinges are all in excellent condition - THERE ARE INSTANCES OF MARRING ON THE BLACK PANELS- OVERALL THE SCENES ARE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION.
