Description: For sale is a Borzoi or Russian Wolfhound dog figurine made by Augarten in the mid 20th century . It is not common at all and much harder to find than the other two sizes they made of this model. The figurine is the largest version being 5.75 inches tall, 6 inches wide and 12 inches long. The dog is in perfect condition. Very well hand painted in an off white color with the raised areas a bit lighter. Marked underneath with the blue shield with the crown on top as well as the word Wien underneath, impressed number 1713/III , Made in Austria impressed, a black number 203, impressed letter F as well as Augarten Wien Austria in a red.
