Athearn DC DCC HO SD-70M Norfolk Southern Locomotive w/Sound Read FULL Descript

Description: Please ask any questions before you purchase as all sales are final. SEE NOTE AT THE END of the description. Nice looking DC DCC Locomotive, looks newish. I don't see any wheel wear. Only incudes what's in the pictures. The packing is all original, Lights worked. Sounds all sounded good and the locomotive ran well in both directions in DCC. In DC it seemed to run in spurts when applying the first 50% power, but ran good at higher speeds. Maybe a setting or needs to be reset? The card in the box says it's Tsunami decoder, but I can't be sure that's what's in there as I'm not the original owner. I don't see any cracks, scratches, dents, chips etc. It looks really nice, but the front railing is a bit bent and one of the railings needs to be reset in the little hole (glue) and the side railings are slightly bent/bowed. I didn't run it long as this has been sitting in the box for a while and I believe sit should be gone over by someone who knows what they are doing. I'm just not the handy type. I used an older MRC Prodigy to test. I think it needs a large layout as it didn't seem to do great on my little oval. Please look at the pictures carefully as there may be something broken, bent, missing or amiss that I'm not aware of. Box shows wear from storage.
