The increased thermal performance and higher pressure prevent the APU and motherboard from flexing under thermal stress, bypassing the issue with the solder balls. There is no guarantee that this will continue to bypass the underlying issue, but thermal tests were performed after a reapplication of the liquid metal prior to sale, and no failures or sudden power-off scenarios were documented, with thermals remaining within safe values. - Low system firmware version of 9.00, rendering it vulnerable to exploits for use with homebrew software. Please note that any screenshots displaying diagnostic information derived from homebrew software are for demonstration purposes only, and no modified or third party software will be provided with the console, nor any support for such. - 500GB 7200RPM HDD with a factory reset installation of firmware 9.00.
