This gorgeous timepiece is an extremely limited edition of just EIGHT pieces commissioned by Sincere Haute Horlogerie (SHH). I purchased the last of the eight timepieces directly from the luxury watch dealer who commissioned Armin Strom, Sincere Haute Horlogerie in Singapore to make the 8 pieces. This is indeed haute horlogery as the unique in-house gravity equal force mechanism results in an even distribution of power from the automatic movement in a simple, elegant manner, and over the impressive 96 hours of power reserve. However, what makes this timepiece special is the combination the elite horological function with the strikingly beautiful design produced by two giants in their fields, Armin Strom, considered ‘the master of skeletonization’, and the elite dial designer, Kari Voutilainen. The stainless stainless-steel case with a 41 mm diameter displays the beautifully skeletonized dial, which is the brand’s focus, over a truly eye-catching pink-salmon guilloché movement plate of 5N pink gold designed and made by Kari Voutilainen. The result is the grey-silver bridges contrasted with the meticulous design of the movement plate creates an art-work beauty backdrop to display the Caliber ASB19 movement. The complete set includes the original inner display box, the outer cardboard box, as well as the owner's manual AND the original International Warranty Card stating proof that the watch was purchased in January of 2024 from the brick and mortar luxury timepiece dealer, Sincere Haute Horlogerie, located in Singapore. I also purchased an original Armin Strom stainless steel deployant buckle, so the timepiece comes with its original tang buckle in never worn condition, plus the deployant buckle on the timepiece. For about 3 days I owned a brand new Armin Strom Gravity Equal Force Ultimate Sapphire Edition, and this timepiece. Obviously, this is a biased subjective call, but I chose to keep this piece, and it is one of the most artistic and creatively designed timepieces I have ever owned (the only others I would put in this design class were two of the FPJ models I have owned. A timepiece produced by perhaps the top two names in their specialty and limited to 8 pieces in the world -- a recipe for an instant collector’s classic. With the right two people in the room, who knows what its value would be?
