The screen protector is from Zagg so once you receive the item you may register the protector on Zaggs website for free replacements minus shipping. You also get the box and charging cable that came with the phone. The phone is in excellent working condition, screen protector and case same day I got it and currently has iOS 18.1 Beta installed, though when shipped out iCloud will be removed and the phone will be restored back to iOS 18 ready for use for its new owner. I will not ship to other countries outside of the U.S and it is the buyers responsibility to know if your carrier will work with a Verizon Unlocked smartphone and any reason to force myself to accept a return will result in a restocking fee. If their is any damages or the package was lost during transit since the value of the phone is priced very high you agree to let UPS do a full package inspection which may require them to visit your residence to inspect the packaging and any other damages you have submitted to my attention. I will work as quickly as possible to resolve your issue and create a claim with UPS and keep you informed every step of the way.
