Description: Anton Schneider Sohne Cuckoo Clock Chalet Style 1 Day West Germany - with Pendulum - No Weights - Tested Works This cuckoo clock has a plain but a very pretty Black Forest log house with a hand-carved roof, a fir tree and a water trough. Dimensions: Height - 9" - 23 cmWidth - 8" - 20 cmDepth - 5" - 13 cmWeight - 1 lb. 10 oz - with pendulum Tested with the following results - 1. Used 9.4 oz / 264 g weight/cone on both sides - the pendulum stopped after a couple of minutes - the cuckoo bird worked and sounded as expected.2. Used 24.5 oz / 694 g weight/cone on both sides - the pendulum and clock movement worked and kept time as expected. The cuckoo bird was too fast 3. Used 33.2 oz / 1000 g weight/cone on both sides - both clock movement and cuckoo were too fast. Preowned in Good used condition. Was able to make it work with a specific weight for each side. This clock was obtained with no weights so I'm not sure if the cones from my testing are correct or if the clock needs a cleaning or tune up.
