Description: I purchased these earrings from an estate in Montecito California. They are carved jade/jadite with gold and dangle freely. They are a beautiful shade of jade. They have been my private collection for two decades and now it is time to find their new owner. Due to their age, they are somewhat delicate. I would guess the top round piece is not original to the earrings but added later to create a pierced earring. Certainly more comfortable than antique screw backs.
