Description: Antique watercolor framed looks to be early 20th century, Horse Drawn buggy with sweethearts. Seems to be unsigned but hard to tell The outside frame measures approx.10 X 8-1/2 in the inside matt measures approx. 5 X 3-1/2 inches What's wrong with it? Painting is in good condition. The Matt is slightly discolored from age and the frame has minor nicks, chips, dents, scratches and dings and needs a good cleaning.
