Description: ANTIQUE & VINTAGE CHINESE ASIAN BRONZE BUDDHA STATUE FIGURINE POSSIBLY A BOOKEND STAMPED / SIGNED ON BACK with CHINESE MAKER'S MARK VERY, VERY OLD & RARE PRE-OWNED in VERY NICE CONDITION Offered, is an antique and vintage, bronze Buddha figurine or statue. This Buddha figurine or statue may also be a book end. I know little about this Buddha figurine, statue or bookend as it comes from an estate. I believe this Buddha is bronze as a magnet does not stick to it and you can faintly see bronze color under the patina on the bottom of the figurine. There is also a stamped embossed maker's mark on the back of the figurine, however, it is in Chinese or Japanes lettering. The overall height of this bronze Buddha figurine is approxiately 5-3/4" and the wides point at the bottom of the figurine is approximately 5". This Buddha figurine, statue or bookend is in very nice pre-owned condition, is very, very old and rare.
