BabbAmarillo, Texas.Stated Second Edition.1923. Antique, century old scarce Old West Indian Wars book in overall good condition. Exterior is overall clean with rubbing to the outer corner edges of the cover boards and upper and lower ends of the spine. Text to the spine face is mostly worn off with a small bit remaining and with some minor loss to the gold gilded text to the front cover. Exterior shows very old and vague/hard to notice water staining but is clean and the book has no mold or odors. Interior of the book is clean with ink notation at the back endpapers as well as very minor water mark throughout at the inner margins that does not effect text or illustrations that is heaviest at the beginning of the book and tapering off at the end. A few pages have very minor marginal tatters. Front endpaper has a goldtone bookplate and adjacent free endpaper has former owner's blindstamp (see image 4). Book is structurally well intact and the book's binding is well intact with a clothbacked bookbinder's tape reinforcement at the gutter of the front endpapers. Book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book totals 146 pages, measures approximately 7 3/4 x 5 1/2 x 1/2 inches and weighs about 3/4 of a pound.
