Antique, very scarce limited edition Long Island book in overall near fine to fine condition, complete with three large fold out maps as issued and errata tipped before the contents page. Exterior of the book is overall clean with a few minor spots or discolorations to the cloth at the upper margin of the front cover and spine and a small 'flea bite' nick at the outer cloth hinge of the reverse cover as well as very gentle rubs to the upper and lower ends of the spine and outer corner edges of the boards. Interior of the book is extremely clean and well intact with pencil notations at upper righthand corner margin of the otherwise blank front endpaper. Three fold out maps at the back of the book are clean, crisp and in excellent condition each measuring about 24 x 21 inches. Book's binding is tight and well intact and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book totals 89 pages, measures approximately 9 3/8 x 6 3/8 x 3/4 inches and weighs about 1 pound.
